hmm, Google account's plugin is maintained by another team. Will send your post to them just to make sure that they are aware about it.

Most probably passwords DB (signon DB) is corrupted. I'm quite sure that in messageserver's and as-daemon's syslogs you will see something like:

Let me guess, you did restore after flashing the PR1.2? I've seen a couple of similar problems. Nothing to do here from our side. As far as I can see that issue is under investigation atm.
