Please can someone else post this app on a public site - it's quite legit and well within the terms of the GPL. I just want to see the souce code.

A: No. However, if someone pays your fee and gets a copy, the GPL gives them the freedom to release it to the public, with or without a fee. For example, someone could pay your fee, and then put her copy on a web site for the general public.
@Elemental - I'm not trying to stop you from getting revenue for your work in the changes you've made to the code etc, but you're also profiting from someone else's hard work. I think a donation method would be a much better way of doing it.
