Open Maps, go to Favourites and hit the icon which has two arrows pointing up and down. This should sync your favourites with your Nokia account. To confirm log into maps.nokia.com and see your favourites there. Once you have restored whatever you had to open maps again and hit the arrows icon -it will download your favourites.
