I was not at home today and tnt asked my neighbour for 68,50€, she had only 40€ at home, so my parcel is again at the cargo hub.

I called now tnt and they said: "Payment Of Duties/taxes By Receiver." and if this is by mistake the sender has to change this.

So, should I accept the parcel now and pay the 68,50€ or can I contact Nokia somehow and ask to transfer the taxes?
