Okay Pali, installed this new version.

It "only" offers 3 choices:
-maemo 5 (Internal nand)
-Recovery mode (internal flash)
-power off

The first choice seems to be the choice made in the prior uboot menu (not necessarily nand)? If so, I think my issue is solved.
