It's not Unity3D, it's only a toolkit for porting, and I doubt you know that XNA is not that functional as Unity3D is.

I am not saying N9 is bug free and have every possible imagined functionality. I know it lacks many things. But when comparing to WP7 crap it's clearly superior.
