Yep, download complete. Built a folder and sorted my apps. The folder implementation is very slick. The four mini icons that appear on the folder icon are the top four apps in that folder. You can move apps within folders the same as the main screen and the folder icon is updated immediately too

Now just updating the dozen or so applications before more playing.
