My case closed:

If anyone have same or similar problems like me, here is what I did:

1. Install Nokia Link
2. Install Nokia Software Updater

Use the software updater to restore pr1.2.
Follow the instructions in the program.

Then it would take about 20-30min (download+installation) and everything works perfectly. The phone started as same when out of the box.
