My phone rarely connects via the USB, don't know why. The biggest problem I had w2hen flashing was getting my PC to acknowledge there was a phone attached.

I'm assuming there isn't a back up available or it would have been added when I restored the software. Can you point me towards a link for Mobile Maps 10 please? I can't find one anywhere..
