Ok...couldnt sleep, so here is another update to v2.2

there were some colors i was not happy with (still not totally) but they are better. I will continue to work on them. at least now i know where they are.

i have added some icons, and will be getting to the rest of the icons to make them "pop" more off the dark cyan color.

also, this update included a color fix for a 3rd party application, Cards With Me and the Ovi Store bottom toolbar.
