i typed as follows
cd "C:\Program Files\maemo\flasher-3.5
then
flasher-3.5.exe -F VANILLA -f

i typed VANILLA bacause i renamed the file as VANILLA


then this error comes up
i did nothing phone it self stopped showing its memory
plzzzzzzzzzzzz help
