After a few days of playing my opinion of the n810 is rising.
The gps works a lot better now after several acquisitions at
roughly the same location (don't know why). Also figured out
how to encode video to play smoothly on the device ...

My (minor) questions this morning are these:

1. Does anybody know how to replace the rather ugly
Nokia splash screen that appears at startup (the two
hands reaching out to each other ... ugh)?

2. How do you (can you) add a new city to the clock's list?
