I also heard from someone, that n9 qtweak not work correctly if you use "home screen setting" app. I think it's because both of them using the same files but maybe in the different way.. Sorry i don't checked this app, because i don't need this app. For changing home screens wallpaper i use n9 qtweak..
Try to uninstall "home screen setting" app and use only n9 qtweak and see this should work correctly..
I will update the first post and pdf instruction with this info.
