//edit you can change the limit by editing /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/overclock

it's not very important to do this check as the package is now in extras-devel
previously it was a script version only

as for extras:
unfortunately batterypatch depends on dbus-scripts which is still in extras-devel
and it's impossible to promote a package to extras if it depends on another one in extras-devel
