Don't know if the Lumia 900 release is a fail, epic fail, or something that only danramos can label... "ultra-mega fail" perhaps?
I reckon Nokia should be commended for acting so quick and being positive for this "glitch".

They appear to be open and frank with this issue in describing the fault being with the software and carrier, then offering replacement handsets and money back too. That's a Win-Win for customer service in my book and such a stark contrast when compared to the old nokia we know where you would have to wait for a bug-fix update.

It is also amazing service when you compare them to other manufacturers too... Apple would claim it to be an omitted feature left out so not to compromise the stability of the OS and the Androids would be arguing that they do not have enough conclusive evidence from end users to the claim it as a fault. (okay, a slight exaggeration)

But still, credit where it is due. Well done to nokia for acting so soon!
