Ok, this mean you need change only this line: maximum-size: 12mm 12mm; to your one minimum-size: 45mm 10mm; and adding another one maximum-size: 45mm 10mm;

I will try to add this option for LPS users and you will test this.. Once by activating tweak and after this LPS. And once by applying LPS and after this tweak..
