Not specifically related, I started writing (at least) a Qt/C++ Netflix queue manager app a while back... see http://nfqm.garage.maemo.org or more specifically, https://garage.maemo.org/docman/inde...&language_id=1 for marginal proof that it did get off the ground. The GUI pieces were actually giving me more of a headache than the 'real code', networking, etc...

Throw in the 'not for the US' fate of the N9, the timing of Netflix's unpopular choice to split their DVD and streaming services, and even dropping the DVD management from their API around the same time, and I lost my enthusiasm, with an N950 in the balance.

In any case, I just bought an N9 last week, and I'm happy to spend $$$ on a somewhat buggy, doomed/unsupported linux (but otherwise amazing) device over iOS, Android, or Windows Phone.

All total, I have an N810, N900, N950, N8, N9, and 700... so I still have plenty of reasons to revive my Qt development efforts for any/all of these devices in my free time, although I also dropped my Netflix subscription in protest and substituted Amazon Prime for occasional streaming content.

I also lost track of the last state of Netflix streaming availability... US, Canada, other countries to be added???
