Go to the settings in the bookmark folder.. and use "sort by NAME"
Then:

highlight any bookmark, then up at the top hit Bookmark,EDIT and preface the name with the number "1"
then do your next most used bookmark the same way but preface it with a "2" and so on.
Presto.. your bookmarks will be in the order you want.
I know this is only a partial solution but it works for little ole ME with my 20 or so Bookmarks...
