1,4 GHz with 1,375v the OppUI test with 16000 cycles went through without problems.

During the test getting and answering calls worked flawlessly. Playing video worked without errors, as did the shooting of video.

Temps were ~35C according to Conky. The room temperature was 25C degrees. The phone was not in direct sunlight. The real test begins when I get to beach, and you may have to wait a month or two for that...
