From top of my head (control file related):
  • set version + automatic version incrementation
  • set/amend changelog
Other:

  • get source from a VCS
  • OBS upload

BTW, I created an example a while ago that fetches Python source code from Git, packages it and uploads the (Ovi compliant) result to OBS with the osc tool.
