Grab a Linux-Live-CD based on Ubuntu or Debian, be sure to use 32-bit, and follow the according procedure http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware . The wiki is down right now, but the procedure is the same, you only need the flasher-3.5 utility for Linux.
