Some option for solving installation problem:

1. Reboot your phone and try to install again (double click on the .deb file).
2. Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> N9 QTweak -> Uninstall.
After this reboot your phone and try to install again (double click on the .deb file).
3. Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> N9 QTweak -> Uninstall.
After this go to /opt folder with WinSCP or FileBox as ROOT and check if you see folder named "N9QTweak". If yes, delete this folder and try to install again (double click on the .deb file).
4. Open terminal as ROOT and try to install with command:

 dpkg -i /path/to/the/file
