I became more harsh after his arrogant answer, where he sounds like exactly knowing that he's doing bad thing, yet, lying about it + demanding excuses from me. My first post sounds quite polite to me, maybe except part about keeping a** to his own router It isn't sound very offending, IMO, especially in given context.
