Well, I just built my first four packages for Nemo.
While I was at it I documented what I did in the following post in my blog: http://ruedigergad.com/2012/05/20/pa...-obs/#more-421

With respect to the packages:
I packaged two of my applications, Q To-Do and MeePasswords, as well as re-packaged the Qt Cryptographic Architecture (qca2) plus the accompanying QCA OpenSSL plug-in (libqca2-plugin-ossl) based on the Harmattan sources for Mer/Nemo (these two are dependencies for MeePasswords). Note that for QCA I essentially used the *.yaml and *.spec files as created by Marko Saukko (sage) and only adapted these for being used with the source of the Harmattan version. For the QCA OpenSSL plugin I simply re-packaged the whole thing based on the sources of the Harmattan version.

You can get everything in my download repository:
http://repo.pub.meego.com/home:/wonk...hared_armv7hl/
and see the source files in my OBS repository:
https://build.pub.meego.com/project/...t=home%3Awonko

For a guide on how to use the download repository within Mer/Nemo via zypper please see the very last paragraphs of the blog post I linked above.

Q To-Do and MeePasswords still show some little quirks but generally they work quite well, at least what I can say from very brief testing. For MeePasswords after startup the UI is messed up. You need to minimize and maximize it for getting the right UI.

I hope some of you will find this useful.

PS: It would be nice if there could be a way to integrate qca2 and libqca2-plugin-ossl in the default Mer/Nemo repositories. Though, right now, I don't know whom to ask and what the process will be. I think these are important packages on which much more applications or other libraries might depend.

Edit: With respect to adding new packages: I talked with Stskeeps on IRC and he was very helpful and pointed me into the right direction on how to add those libs to the Mer/Nemo repositories. Thanks again.
