Dave, how do you determine whether we need a thread or not? I've encountered many useful threads deleted like the one about reducing idle consumption which was actually a very useful thread for users. Another deleted thread was on writing a script to enable wi-fi hotspot in U.S. which I wanted to reference for some script writing.

It seems the criteria you used to delete a thread is how long the thread is. The longer the thread the more likely to be deleted. Please stop deleting useful threads, Dave. Thank you.
