From the way I understand it, its the same software that you got with the device. All you did was put it in to rd mode. You don't want to leave it in RD mode though.

When you flash to 2006, when it's released, you'll have to flash to rd to gain root and then flash back to the production (standard) mode. You'll probably be with out root a whole 15 minutes.
