seems to me like it's proper as:
1100:1300000
1200:1400000
1000:1200000
logical conclusion is:
voltage = (int(freq) * 1000)+ 200000
btw, instead to mail you, i'll attach
however, 1100 and 1110 are very stable and since this error appeared...it's glitchy...
