Ah, okay. Now I understand the Idea behind the design. Well, then the 5 cubes for the council.

Could it be a good Idea to let the 2D Coding Competition Logo look a little bit more puzzled? Or like a puzzle?
But only if you have enought additional time for this, if not I would say lets say "thanks a lot" and use it as it is.
