You will have to trash your desktops
Try to disable as many widgets, starters, try to cleanup some of your conversations.
Reboot and try to get to the Hildon Application Manager to disable the two offending repositories (catalogues), they do not bring the breakage, but right now are wasted space, because the lists are too large for your rootfs.
Try to paste the logs, if HAM gives you errors again, and the output of
Code:
df > /home/user/MyDocs/.documents/debug.txt
du -a / | sort -n | tail -n 20 >> /home/user/MyDocs/.documents/debug.txt
The second command is a 'bastard' to type, try to use copy and paste.
This will create a file called debug.txt in your Documents folder. Try to attach that file to your next post, if errors occur.

However, if you now have access to HAM fully working, you should install rootsh, to have the opportunity to gain root rights. Try to remove some applications that right now are not essential to you, do not worry about your personal setting, they are not removed from /home/user, which is not affected by the space issue.

Follow some of the procedures of the wiki page, like installing pymaemo-optify and using the move-to-opt.sh script.
If these step might be applied successfully, you are ready to reinstall the applications are ready to roll again.
Good luck!
