upgrading from 0.9.4 won't work for anyone, it's a bug in that version
my first attempt was from 0.9.3 and yes, I'm sure it failed. On the application list, it said it was a failed installation, and to re-attempt it.

which I did, a few times, and it kept rebooting, and giving me the same error.

I also knew because the phone felt massively slower each time, telling me it either didn't install, or not completely, because it was back to pre-faster n9 speed (or even a tad slower)
