i think kernel-power-50 provides pl2303.ko
you can try to find the file under "/lib/modules/2.6.28.10-power50/"

with x-terminal:
"cd /lib/modules/2.6.28.10-power50/"
"ls"
should give u a list of all files

on my device "modprobe pl2303" as root works fine^^
