When I upgraded my n800 and the n810 arrived - I noticed it arrived with a Facebook link pre configured. The commercial video for the n810 also mentions Facebook a few times...

With this being the case I would have hoped that the device would have full support for facebook and the offical applications which come with it.

Using the standard site works great and I have no real complaints.

However, when it comes to Facebook video there are issues with both watching and also recording...

Viewing

When attempting to view a video from the facebook mobile application I was prompted to update my flash player

This is very annoying - embedded YouTube videos within facebook can be viewed perfectly.

Recording

Facebook Video has the ability to record video using a computers webcam with the help of flash.

The facebook video application could not detect the n810's built in webcam - this was also the case even though the camera was enabled and active (also obviously tried without)

When I checked in the flashplayer settings, neither the camera or microphone appeared as attached devices.

The help guide just advises to use the latest version of flashplayer...

What is the real issue here? I would expect the cam & mic to appear n the settings of flashplayer... Is this really a issue with the version of flash that the os2008 has preconfigured or is it that the drivers for the camera and mic are not connected to the flashplayer API?

Any help or pointers would be greatly received - I would love to be able to view and also record video to share with my friends and community via Facebook.
