Do you not have enough room to install the app? If you do have enough room then just run
dpkg -L kchmviewer
after installation to get a list of what it installed. You can also use dpkg -L on any games you've installed and move+symlink them to the memory card to free space to install kchmviewer. And if you don't know the correct package names you can run
dpkg -l
to get a list of all installed packages.
