I understand that, what I want to do is add debug output to the function which checks if app is blacklisted to see exactly how the window is seen by hildon-desktop (i suppose top and htop see one value, xdotool sees the window in the same way as raw Xorg does and hildon-desktop may see something different, so these may be three different things...). I will let you know as soon as I gain more knowledge
