Yep but the flasher is saying:
charging battery, 6% battery level (11% required)

Although it says it's charging it's not. If anything the level is going down. So it never starts flashing. Just sits there. Presumeably because it can't. There's a fault in the current firmware due to it not finishing the last flash.
