Again, I think it may be best to return it for refund and get the iPaq 111.
I won't have a "great" internet experience, but with Opera on it at least it will be more reliable and usable. I never give a bad product a second chance when the manufacturer doesn't respond to so many concerns by paying customers. Especially after all the issues I've had. If it was a physically damaged item, I'd exchange it. This thing is internally flawed by software only partially good-to-go, and many users share those flaws. I've been jaded by MS. Again.
