Ok, the problem came from tweak AA.. probably you uninstalled one of application with package named "mp-harmattan-001-pr"
This is fu*k up your system...
I wrote about this in PDF instruction:
Now you can use Tweak AA – If for example you want to remove Twitter, you should see this packages for removing:
The following packages will be REMOVED
account-plugin-twitter
l10n-app-twitter
l10n-app-twittershare
libmeegotwitter1
twitter
twitter-meego
twitter-qml webupload-service-twitter
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 8 to remove and0 not upgraded.

But if you also see mp-harmattan-001-prDON’T uninstall this application !!!
For solution try this:
From tweak AA, run option Restore ALL, after this from tweak QQ, option 4... if you still have errors about mp-harmattan-001-pr, the last thing that may help you before reflash..
1. go to /var/lib/dpkg
2. copy file named "status-old" to your PC
3. rename it to "status" and transfer back to /var/lib/dpkg (override the existed file)
4. Open tweak QQ, run option 4, should work..

If it's not work = reflash.. or if you know how to download mp-harmattan-001-pr package (I don't), do this and try to install this manually (dpkg -i), but only after restoring all application from tweak AA or QQ.

P.S. when this problem came from tweak AA, you can't reinstall mp-harmsttan package via usual way: apt-get install --reinstall mp-harmattan-001-pr
We need to find this package and try to reinstall via dpkg -i....
