I have a similar problem since I played with mt toggles a few days ago...
I can't install or uninstall anything on/from the phone and I'm getting a simple message "can't uninstall..." when uninstalling or "application incompatible with some applications" when trying to install...
the phone works pretty normally, btw, so I'm not forced to reflash quite yet..I'm just not sure if it's all because the FF13, which I downloaded after I played with the toggles or because I accidentally installed unrestricted-system UI for N950, instead of the version for N9 (I got rid of it then)...
nevertheless, I'd love to finally reflash if the PR1.3 was available yet
