I tried to do the same but for some reason I can't send .debs to my N9 from Windows7 so I stopped stockpiling the installers on my computer and just did everything on the phone. Some of them are still on the MyDocs/Downloads folder but not all.

Edit: yay! It's downloading. Let's see if OTA goes well and I don't have to nuke everything and start from scratch...
