I'm pretty sure they fixed #1144 ( http://harmattan-bugs.nokia.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1144 ). I've been suffering from this issue a lot, but didn't notice it so far after updating (currently I've got ~12% battery left and there haven't been any battery level "jumps").
