My voting rights are still intact while I work on a mobile HTML5 based native-like application framework. As you can guess, I do believe making app-le cider with it is possible, but not from every tree (Android's browser apples are rotten to the core, I won't comment on Harmattan's ones as it wasn't finished, but iOS and BlackBerry PlayBook 2.1 are more than capable).
