For the people complaining, please learn to do at least some research:

Also here's a response I got via email recently:

The Symbian and Harmattan versions of cuteTube have the same feature set, aside from the ability to set the priority of individual transfers (i.e. low, medium, high), which is only available in the Symbian (and Maemo 5, once the UI is completed) version. This is because the Harmattan Transfer Manager does not allow for custom controls. All other features are the same. I will change the post to make this clear. One of the main purposes of the update (prior to learning that the existing version would be broken in PR1.3) was to re-write and merge the program logic, making it easy to reach feature parity and enable easy porting to future OSs that use Qt by simply adding another QML UI (a custom tablet UI is planned).

As for the QA process, the update would be in the store already, but it unfortunately failed QA due to a white screen when launched (via the store client, presumably). I believe the problem is due to the wrong executable being launched via the store client (the background daemon instead of the main application). I am currently having discussions with developer support to resolve the matter. Their current solution is to simply re-test the submitted version, with the information that I gave regarding the project setup passed on to the QA staff. I'm not sure what this will achieve.

Here's the email I sent following the QA failure:
