This was the situation immediately after updating to PR 1.3. Tried resetting all settings to default and still nothing.

Any ideas?

It still connects to and detects Wi-Fi ... nothing for mobile networks, though :-/

Exact firmware details are:

PR 1.3 (40.2012.21-3_PR_005)

I updated OTA, with no issues.

It's an Australian N9 Black 16GB
