I had the shortcuts app installed on PR 1.2 then after updating to PR1.3 it just didn't work so i uninstalled it then installed Quick Edit but then this also doesn't launch so i just wanted to know whether there is any solution for this? And i am sorry as i could not give you the output of the command that you asked me to as i am not a geeky person and i fear using the terminal until and unless all the steps are mentioned clearly..
