i mean... really.. please !

don worry i live far away from you. your device will still be unique.
Everything below the statusbar on this setup uses queen beecon widgets. Using queen beecon widget is the gateway to truly setting up the homescreen the way you want it as so much can be achieved with it, so a big thanks to No!No!No!Yes! for creating this awesome tool. There are lots of threads about queen beecon widget for example, this one http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=45388 and this one http://wiki.maemo.org/Queen_BeeCon_W...s_and_commandsand queen beecon widget for noobs, http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=72342 so I wont go into detail. So, with qbw (queen beecon widget), you can use it to create widgets that will act as shortcuts to most applications on the phone. This is what I have done for camera, mail, notes and settings and used an icon pack found on deviantart. So, you can use any image or icon you want for your widget as long as it is in .PNG format (and of course you have permission to use). So, this is also the method I have used for some of the other things on my screen, like the large mail icon opens my gmail, the music icon opens the stock music player and so on.
You can also use qbw to output certain information both from your device (and also from the internet but I won't go into that now) So I have the i.p. address of my device on the screen from inputting the command and qbw will output the result on the homescreen. There are lots of commands that you can use to output various information. So, the temperature of my phone and the digital clock are qbw's that output the information in real time, and the results are placed onto another qbw just displaying an image. So, my temperature widget is actually 2 widgets, as is the digital clock.Engadget, Deviantart and Google are qbw's that open the desired website when I click on them. So they are used essentialy as bookmarks. The music player buttons control the media player and also uses qbw. So, as you can see, queen beecon widget is the tool you need to learn to use (if you haven't already) The things that don't use qbw are the album art and track info. For this, I used MAFW Track info thanks to greatgonzo from here http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=72396
and the circle with the bar next to it is called ironcope which is in app manager and shows the waveform of the devices sound and music outputs. You probably will want more info. I do have a lot of pages bookmarked of where the info is located on the forum, but for the time being, this is basically how I set up my home screen.
