Right - we're pretty well covered for location and navigation type applications, it might require some thinking out of the box. For example, last week at class one of the kids wanted to see where their dog was when they were at school (don't ask me why). We made a simple Qt app that uploaded the GPS co-ordinates every X minutes, that she could see marked on a google map. The handset sits in a phone holder case that attached to the dogs coat via velcro ...
