Hmm?

Did you set the file executable? (chmod +x ...)
Who has read rights to it? (ls -l)

When I tested this I tried with command "sh Host.sh"... (when in MyDocs directory) that worked for me. (I think this works even if the files are not set executable? But I may be wrong...?)

EDIT: Sure you have Becomeroot installed?
