There are still some flaws and missing details, and OMP can be easily installed and live peacefully next to the stock player, so I don't want to rush anything. It also might be a good idea to upload it to extras-testing for more extensive testing and feedback before forcing a faulty or inferior replacement on every CSSU user.



The simplest solution could be to reset Tracker database with "tracker-processes -r" and hope that this time it picks up those files (keep in mind that you'll lose the history of recently added tracks, most played, etc.).

Sometimes I encounter a problem with Tracker not reading metadata properly in a few tracks (they show up in unknown artists) and then I force Tracker to recheck them by executing "touch /path/to/file". Perhaps that works also for omitted files.



MAFW doesn't allow such adjustment and I'm currently not planning to modify MAFW.



There's no automatic searching, but you can manually change covers by selecting an appropriate option after long-clicking the cover in Now Playing.



Are you connected to the Internet at the time of starting the video? If so, what podcast is that?



Hmmm, I spent 5 minutes today trying to reproduce it with various combinations of headset and playback states, but it it worked flawlessly for me.
