To restart when you have JUST opened terminal and havent typed in ANYTHING

hi, thanks a lot for your help ,but i have problem when i try to install flightmode , when i put : /usr/sbin/incept flightmode-toggle_0.0.1_armel.deb

and then i put the root password but when i wait for a few seconds

it told : error were encountered while processing:incept: intallation failed (1)

so please help me
