IIRC, Phillips or Panasonic did 3000 mAh and 3800 mAh 18650's. I doubt that they would cheat about capacity *so* much. They're little more expensive, but definitely less risk of faking like with ultrafire. I'll search for some near my location, and forward You info about how much they cost, ok? Or just contact You with reputable sellers.

I'm not sure which one I would prefer yet, but I might be leaning toward larger case with all of its extra attachments.
Nice to hear! I'm glad You like it.

Would it be possible to put a screw hole on your new case to use a swivel belt clip? http://www.boxwave.com/swivel-belt-c...el-d/bwpd/fmz/
I promise I'll check possibilities. considering FOSS nature of this project, (even though it's hardware ) it shouldn't be a problem to include such easy thing as screw hole as a custom option, just for interested ones. I'm more afraid about actual do-ability here - backcover will be too thin for screw holes (batteries beneath), unless You choose mugen ones, and sacrifice second battery space for solid block of aluminum (which would also increase cost a little). Maybe other types of belt connectors are better option? Or just a regular leather case with belt connector, instead of forwarding this part to alu body?
